What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- Free VAT check form — your name, email, marketplaces and whatever you tell us about your setup. Used to answer you.
- EU VAT map form — your email (and optionally where you sell). Used to send the map and occasional updates when EU VAT rules change. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can unsubscribe anytime by replying.
We don't buy data about you, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Where it's processed
- Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions on our behalf.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. It is cookieless and does not build personal profiles — which is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
No advertising trackers. No social-media pixels. No retargeting.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as they're relevant to our correspondence or the service we provide you. If you'd like something deleted sooner, one email is enough.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. Email hello@veritaxeu.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no hoops. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top.
